If you are scheduled for surgery at the Duke Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with Dr. Richard or Dr. Schreyack, you will have the following pre-op appointments:

1. At our clinic with your physician.
2. You will have labwork performed and meet with Anesthesia at:
   Duke South
   Clinic 2D
   Trent Drive
   Durham, NC 27710

   (For some patients, based on age and overall health, this may be accomplished with a phone interview.)

Duke ASC will contact patients the day before their surgery to advise them what time to arrive at the facility.
