Appointments

1. Calling the clinic at 919.471.9622
     Press 1 when the voicemail prompt starts to reach the appointment menu
       Then Press 1 if you're making an appointment for a work-related injury
       OR Press 2 if your appointment is not work-related


2. Send an email to an appointment coordinator to contact you to schedule an appointment. (Do not use this option for urgent appointments.)

If you are an existing patient of the practice and you have a medical question or need a prescription renewed during regular business hours, please contact your physicians' care team directly. NOTE: prescription requests will only be accepted from 8AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday.

If you have to contact a provider after hours, call our answering service at 919.470.4442 and they will reach a member of our medical team. Please do not use this number to renew medication. Calls for prescription refills are only handled during nurmal business hours.
