Office Hours & Appointments

Our office is open from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.

Scheduling Appointments:

Appointments are scheduled in advance with the physician of your choice by:

1. Calling the clinic at (919) 471-9622
     Press 1 when the voicemail prompt starts to reach the appointment menu
       Then Press 1 if you're making an appointment for a work-related injury
       OR Press 2 if your appointment is not work-related


2. Send an email to an appointment coordinator to contact you to schedule an appointment. (Do not use this option for urgent appointments.)

Appointment Cancellations

We ask that you provide us with notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. This consideration will create availability for another patient requiring medical care. Patients who do not show for a scheduled appointment without cancelling 24 hours in advance will be charged a $30 no-show fee that will need to be paid prior to the next scheduled visit.
